Do you have any suggestions before starting the free trial?
Yes! – Since the free offer is available for 14 days, we suggest the following;
1. You should have the platform you are going to mainly use fully functional before starting the free trial. Eg. If you want reviews from your Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) we suggest that you have verified your account and have it updated with all current information. – Verification for GBP can take up to 14 days. – if you want to share the reviews on Facebook, make sure your business Facebook page is up-to-date.
2. Create a list of past customers, with emails and or mobile numbers. I suggest you send 5 emails or SMS (texts) the first day and then another 5 the following day. This should give you a return of 2 reviews. (our average review return rate is ~ 20%).
3. Read all three articles we’ll send you when you sign up for FREE. This will include “Best Practises for Using Our App”, “Review Templates for Positive and Negative Reviews”, and “How to Turn a Negative Review into a Positive.”
How does Positive Reviews affect your online profile or help to increase customers?
Positive Reviews are an incredible asset for businesses looking to increase their customer base. Positive Reviews from customers can provide new prospective customers with a reliable source of information about the quality and character of your business, and this word-of-mouth system is invaluable when it comes to growing your customer base. Positive Reviews can also lead to more people becoming interested in what you have to offer, as these reviews serve as social proof that potential customers can trust your business.
When potential customers see good reviews on Google they can be sure that the product or service offered by the business is worth investing in. This presents them with peace of mind and assurance that they won’t be disappointed if they choose to buy something from your store. Additionally, positive feedback on Google has been shown to create trust between buyers and sellers, leading to more conversions which ultimately means an increase in customers for your business.
Positive Reviews give businesses credibility and trustworthiness as they show that previous customers were more than satisfied with their experience.
What are your prices and what do I get for this price?
Some of our partners in the USA and Europe are charging up to $199 USD per month with two months off when you purchase their annual plan ($1,990 USD/year) – this was our suggested retail price.
Since our service is NEW to Canada and because of the state of the economy, we have decided to give our Canadian Small Businesses a break and start with $500 CAD per year, that’s $41.67 per month for the first 100 businesses that sign up, BUT, this offer is for the yearly purchase plan only. And after your first year, your annual cost of $500 will be grandfathered in for your business, with no transferring business names.

You have to have or had customers, our system does not create customers to review.
Our system has an average of 20% return rate, that’s good and bad reviews.
Even though our system helps in not posting negative reviews, the number of good reviews being posted online all depends on your customer service and business practices in the past.
Turn a negative into a positive: By not posting negative reviews online and then you responding to that review with a solution or a compromise, you can accomplish three positive outcomes;
1. You can win back the loyalty of that customer
2. You don’t have a negative review online.
3. plus you can then fix any business procedures or customer service issues.
Our guarantee is; by following our “Best Practises” and “Templates” articles you’ll learn how to turn negative reviews into positive outcomes, you’ll gain more customers from ranking higher in the Local Pack, and your online profile rankings will increase the value of your business – your Positive Reviews become an asset (how much more would you pay for a business if it had a system in place that gains “Positive Reviews” and it also shows publicly that it has 100 – 200+ Positive Reviews?)
Are you Google Canada Compliant?
Yes, we are Google Canada compliant.
The Google document line in question, that businesses question is as follows:
Under “Deceptive Content”
Point # 2 says: “Discouraging or prohibiting negative reviews, or selectively soliciting positive reviews from customers.”
Our software does not discourage or prohibit negative reviews or selectively solicit positive reviews. Your customers are never discouraged or prohibited from going directly to your Google Business Profile at any stage of our review process to leave a negative or positive review.
Secondly, our software does not selectively ask (solicit) customers for only positive reviews, all customers have their own choice on what type of review they want to send.
